TRAI has no intentions to police the Internet | Net Neutrality Controversy

TRAI Chairman Rahul Khullar when questioned about the debate on Net Neutraliy said that “Anybody in right frame of mind would not try to regulate or police the internet. They would find a way around.” There cannot be any further debate on three principles like “No blocking, transparency and no throttling or degrading ad-ware,” he added.
